Background
Five9 is a leader in the Contact Center as a Software (CCaaS). It offers an AI-enabled, omni-channel, cloud-based platform to customers around the world.
My Role
As a visual designer for the web team I am responsible for website content updates, UI/UX improvements guided by testing, research, and design, and more. Contributing to a team that consists of: a VP of Marketing, Content Strategists, a UX Designer, Developers and a Scrum Master.
